When electricity goes out people look for generators – or pray for immediate power restoration.

Human eyes are triggered by light. The normal natural mind – has a gravitational pull to light.

Visible descriptive things have more meaning. Human eyes see a bug crawling across a white object – much easier than something black.

We are connected to the Power Source!

I heard the Lord Say,

Light never means anything to darkness – UNLESS it is competing for first position in a person’s life.

In other words children – darkness does not mind tackling light – even when darkness knows it cannot over power My light.

1 Then was Jesus led up of the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted of the devil. 2 And when he had fasted forty days and forty nights, he was afterward an hungred. 3 And when the tempter came to him, he said, If thou be the Son of God, command that these stones be made bread. 4 But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.
5 Then the devil taketh him up into the holy city, and setteth him on a pinnacle of the temple, 6 And saith unto him, If thou be the Son of God, cast thyself down: for it is written, He shall give his angels charge concerning thee: and in their hands they shall bear thee up, lest at any time thou dash thy foot against a stone. 7 Jesus said unto him, It is written again, Thou shalt not tempt the Lord thy God.
8 Again, the devil taketh him up into an exceeding high mountain, and sheweth him all the kingdoms of the world, and the glory of them; 9 And saith unto him, All these things will I give thee, if thou wilt fall down and worship me. 10 Then saith Jesus unto him, Get thee hence, Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve.
11 Then the devil leaveth him, and, behold, angels came and ministered unto him. Matthew 4:1-11

Darkness loves lurking in obscure and unseen places – this way its deeds are seldom discovered.

Darkness listens to your conversation children. This evil waits for an ungodly spoken word. This enemy does not need to knock – but he does needs your access to enter through the door. Be careful what you say!

20 A man’s belly shall be satisfied with the fruit of his mouth; and with the increase of his lips shall he be filled. 21 Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof. Proverbs 18:20-21

5 Even so the tongue is a little member, and boasteth great things. Behold, how great a matter a little fire kindleth! 6 And the tongue is a fire, a world of iniquity: so is the tongue among our members, that it defileth the whole body, and setteth on fire the course of nature; and it is set on fire of hell. 7 For every kind of beasts, and of birds, and of serpents, and of things in the sea, is tamed, and hath been tamed of mankind: 8 But the tongue can no man tame; it is an unruly evil, full of deadly poison. 9 Therewith bless we God, even the Father; and therewith curse we men, which are made after the similitude of God. 10 Out of the same mouth proceedeth blessing and cursing. My brethren, these things ought not so to be. James 3:5-10

Darkness is still competing with light. I set the record straight in the beginning. Yet this evil persists.

18 For I know that in me (that is, in my flesh,) dwelleth no good thing: for to will is present with me; but how to perform that which is good I find not. 19 For the good that I would I do not: but the evil which I would not, that I do. 20 Now if I do that I would not, it is no more I that do it, but sin that dwelleth in me. 21 I find then a law, that, when I would do good, evil is present with me. Romans 7:18-211

In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. 2 And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. 3 And God said, Let there be light: and there was light. 4 And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness. Genesis 1:1-4

Darkness starts with the unruly evil of the tongue. Words spoken in haste, in anger, and sadness – children check these things.

And the tongue is a fire, a world of iniquity: so is the tongue among our members, that it defileth the whole body, and setteth on fire the course of nature; and it is set on fire of hell. James 3:6

Warning children – your words have power. Remember the devil needs access in your life. He has no natural authority over anything I created.

He had to convince Adam and Eve to surrender their access to the Kingdom – over to him.

I gave man authority. Children you cannot rent My authority – either you give it away – or keep it for My Glory.

1 Now the serpent was more subtil than any beast of the field which the LORD God had made. Jesus the Light of the World

Once more Jesus addressed the crowd.

He said, “I am the Light of the world. He who follows Me will not walk in the darkness, but will have the Light of life.”
