Hear the Trumpet Sound
17 They which builded on the wall, and they that bare burdens, with those that laded, every one with one of his hands wrought in the work, and with the other hand held a weapon. 18 For the builders, every one had his sword girded by his side, and so builded. And he that sounded the trumpet was by me. 19 And I said unto the nobles, and to the rulers, and to the rest of the people, The work is great and large, and we are separated upon the wall, one far from another. 20 In what place therefore ye hear the sound of the trumpet, resort ye thither unto us: our God shall fight for us. Nehemiah 4:17-20 (KJV)
And the Lord Says,
Brethren and Kinsmen lend Me your ears and hear by the sound of the Trumpet – My voice of warning and victory.
I have tied cords together, lengthened cords, and applied strong reinforcement. I dropped those cords down to your ear gates so that you may hear this Word.
1 Again, if two lie together, then they have heat: but how can one be warm alone? 12 And if one prevail against him, two shall withstand him; and a threefold cord is not quickly broken. Ecclesiastes 4:11-12 (KJV)
And thine ears shall hear a word behind thee, saying, This is the way, walk ye in it, when ye turn to the right hand, and when ye turn to the left. Isaiah 30:21 (KJV)
He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; He that overcometh shall not be hurt of the second death. Revelation 2:11 (KJV)
Rest comes in and through listening.
Listen and you shall hear a sound of the trumpet blowing to gather My Sheep home.
16 And it came to pass on the third day in the morning, that there were thunders and lightnings, and a thick cloud upon the mount, and the voice of the trumpet exceeding loud; so that all the people that was in the camp trembled. 17 And Moses brought forth the people out of the camp to meet with God; and they stood at the nether part of the mount. 18 And mount Sinai was altogether on a smoke, because the LORD descended upon it in fire: and the smoke thereof ascended as the smoke of a furnace, and the whole mount quaked greatly. 19 And when the voice of the trumpet sounded long, and waxed louder and louder, Moses spake, and God answered him by a voice. Exodus 19:16-19 (KJV)
Revelation from this word
9 And God said, Let the waters under the heaven be gathered together unto one place, and let the dry land appear: and it was so. 10 And God called the dry land Earth; and the gathering together of the waters called he Seas: and God saw that it was good. Genesis 1:9-10 (KJV)
The Lord showed me a reference in Genesis that explains what He means by “Gathering His sheep home“.
He is bringing people back to their place of prominence and original beginning – back to a good place. The Lord is calling us to that place in Him before sin happened.
For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; Romans 3:23 (KJV)
8 If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. 9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 1 John 1:8-9 (KJV)
When we read Genesis 1, about formation and creation, God’s plan unfolds. We see His intention for everything He called “Good”. The Lord made a specific place for the beings most like His expressed image. God did not create humans to sin.
And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. Genesis 1:26 (KJV)
7 And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul. 8 And the LORD God planted a garden eastward in Eden; and there he put the man whom he had formed. Genesis 2:7-8 (KJV)
I do not believe God said, “Oh in case man does not meet My expectations, I will create a backup plan”.
He expected loyalty and obedience from Adam and Eve (1st humans). However, He gave them a choice to remain obedient. As life played out sin did enter God’s beautiful plan.
God drove man out from His presence. This word reminds us of a carved out place in the presence of God still waiting for our return.
22 And the LORD God said, Behold, the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil: and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live for ever: 23 Therefore the LORD God sent him forth from the garden of Eden, to till the ground from whence he was taken. 24 So he drove out the man; and he placed at the east of the garden of Eden Cherubims, and a flaming sword which turned every way, to keep the way of the tree of life. Genesis 3:22-24 (KJV)
I tell you – labor to enter this rest. Put your lives on hold to get this refreshing. Laborers are not just ordinary people they are ones bound by My love and committed to serve Me in all servant hood.
1 Let us therefore fear, lest, a promise being left us of entering into his rest, any of you should seem to come short of it. 2 For unto us was the gospel preached, as well as unto them: but the word preached did not profit them, not being mixed with faith in them that heard it. 3 For we which have believed do enter into rest, as he said, As I have sworn in my wrath, if they shall enter into my rest: although the works were finished from the foundation of the world. 4 For he spake in a certain place of the seventh day on this wise, And God did rest the seventh day from all his works. 5 And in this place again, If they shall enter into my rest. Hebrews 4:1-5 (KJV)
Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Matthew 11:28
The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake. Psalm 23:1-3
I AM calling My servants forth who labor in prayer, in the Word, and My perfect will.
Description for Laborers and Servants of the Lord
11 For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men, 12 Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world; 13 Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ; 14 Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works. Titus 2:11-14 (KJV)
I AM taking you away to a place of refreshing like a fueling station. I will fill you up to overflow and let you go on your way. So much weariness, I feel so much weariness coming from My people. Children you are at the halfway point, do not faint now. I AM restoring joy, peace, and love.
Vision
As the Lord talks about a refueling station, I see a place similar to the Garden spoken of in Genesis 2. Then I see Him dipping people in this place for only a few minutes and He lifts them back out of the garden.
And the LORD God took the man, and put him into the garden of Eden to dress it and to keep it. Genesis 2:15 (KJV)
And when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place. Acts 2:1
12 And we beseech you, brethren, to know them which labour among you, and are over you in the Lord, and admonish you; 13 And to esteem them very highly in love for their work’s sake. And be at peace among yourselves. 1 Thessalonians 5:12-13
Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven. Matthew 5:16
I AM calling the faithful ones to the threshing floor. Weep no more at your losses but celebrate your victories. You have come a long way. Celebrate your victory. Carry victory in bundles.
1 For the kingdom of heaven is like unto a man that is an householder, which went out early in the morning to hire labourers into his vineyard. 2 And when he had agreed with the labourers for a penny a day, he sent them into his vineyard. 3 And he went out about the third hour, and saw others standing idle in the marketplace, 4 And said unto them; Go ye also into the vineyard, and whatsoever is right I will give you. And they went their way. Matthew 20:1-4 (KJV)
None of your crops shall fail I promise.
While the earth remaineth, seedtime and harvest, and cold and heat, and summer and winter, and day and night shall not cease. Genesis 8:22 (KJV)
7 Be patient therefore, brethren, unto the coming of the Lord. Behold, the husbandman waiteth for the precious fruit of the earth, and hath long patience for it, until he receive the early and latter rain. 8 Be ye also patient; stablish your hearts: for the coming of the Lord draweth nigh. James 5:7-8 (KJV)
Every laborer that has toiled in the Kingdom of God shall receive rest. Understand this rest children, it is different from lying down and going to sleep.
When you sleep, you are in a semi-conscious state. Although you may be aware of some things, your mind and body are in separate places. In a rest that I give, your spirit leaves your body and comes to My presence.
The Holy Ghost ushers the spirit of man into a place that frees him/her from natural things. Natural things My children cannot come into My presence. When you are with Me, all your cares and burdens are sent to a weigh station.
My children when you leave My presence you pass by this weigh station again. The choice is yours to keep moving or pick those same cares up and carry them back to a natural place.
In the rest I AM giving, the weigh station does not exist. It is completely removed; no one has the option of picking up and taking your cares back anymore.
Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light. Matthew 11:29-30
6 Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time: 7 Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you. 1 Peter 5:6-7 (KJV)
The Holy Ghost shall be visiting each of you with an encounter you cannot shake off.
My Blood is tied to your name. I know everyone of you by name. I AM not going to miss any house or Tavern where My people are gathered.
A “Fresh Indwelling of the Holy Ghost” is coming get ready for this blast. The Trumpet has sounded the cords have been lengthened. Receive this fresh wind. Whoosh!
1 And when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place.
2 And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting.
3 And there appeared unto them cloven tongues like as of fire, and it sat upon each of them.
4 And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance. Acts 2:1-4
1 But it came to pass, that when Sanballat heard that we builded the wall, he was wroth, and took great indignation, and mocked the Jews. 2 And he spake before his brethren and the army of Samaria, and said, What do these feeble Jews? will they fortify themselves? will they sacrifice? will they make an end in a day? will they revive the stones out of the heaps of the rubbish which are burned? 3 Now Tobiah the Ammonite was by him, and he said, Even that which they build, if a fox go up, he shall even break down their stone wall. 4 Hear, O our God; for we are despised: and turn their reproach upon their own head, and give them for a prey in the land of captivity: 5 And cover not their iniquity, and let not their sin be blotted out from before thee: for they have provoked thee to anger before the builders. 6 So built we the wall; and all the wall was joined together unto the half thereof: for the people had a mind to work. 7 But it came to pass, that when Sanballat, and Tobiah, and the Arabians, and the Ammonites, and the Ashdodites, heard that the walls of Jerusalem were made up, and that the breaches began to be stopped, then they were very wroth, 8 And conspired all of them together to come and to fight against Jerusalem, and to hinder it. 9 Nevertheless we made our prayer unto our God, and set a watch against them day and night, because of them. 10 And Judah said, The strength of the bearers of burdens is decayed, and there is much rubbish; so that we are not able to build the wall. 11 And our adversaries said, They shall not know, neither see, till we come in the midst among them, and slay them, and cause the work to cease. 12 And it came to pass, that when the Jews which dwelt by them came, they said unto us ten times, From all places whence ye shall return unto us they will be upon you. 13 Therefore set I in the lower places behind the wall, and on the higher places, I even set the people after their families with their swords, their spears, and their bows. 14 And I looked, and rose up, and said unto the nobles, and to the rulers, and to the rest of the people, Be not ye afraid of them: remember the Lord, which is great and terrible, and fight for your brethren, your sons, and your daughters, your wives, and your houses. 15 And it came to pass, when our enemies heard that it was known unto us, and God had brought their counsel to nought, that we returned all of us to the wall, every one unto his work. 16 And it came to pass from that time forth, that the half of my servants wrought in the work, and the other half of them held both the spears, the shields, and the bows, and the habergeons; and the rulers were behind all the house of Judah. 21 So we laboured in the work: and half of them held the spears from the rising of the morning till the stars appeared. 22 Likewise at the same time said I unto the people, Let every one with his servant lodge within Jerusalem, that in the night they may be a guard to us, and labour on the day. 23 So neither I, nor my brethren, nor my servants, nor the men of the guard which followed me, none of us put off our clothes, saving that every one put them off for washing. Nehemiah 4:1-23 (KJV)
