The Eternal Gift
Accept, Believe, Confess
The road leading to Christ and Eternal Salvation is clearly marked. Signs are all around giving directions to stop, listen, and learn.
The universe has one Maker-Creator holding keys to mysteries, truths, precious promises, and eternal life.
God does not have to prove His self-worth. He is not accountable to any entity. All created beings are powerless under the Authority and Rulership of Jesus!
For God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evil. Ecclesiastes 12:14
But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment.
Matthew 12:36
Life is a God granted gift. Opening His gift (Please open God’s gift) humans experience intimacy with The Creator of the Universe.
And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. Genesis 1:26
God gave humans Himself. God is proud of His work. He instructed everything created to be fruitful and multiply.
And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth. Genesis 1:28
The Father’s command of multiplication was not restricted to:
- Increasing the sperm count – human life
- Making more food grow
- Extending bodies of water
- Man finding his own wisdom apart from God
God’s intimate companions (Adam and Eve) decided to disobey and rebel against His instructions for life.
Disobedience to God’s commandments brought harsh consequence. After the fall of man, his eyes opened to his own sin and need for salvation. The penalty or punishment for sin is death.

In essence, God told His creation to keep producing love repeatedly, over – and over – again. Not for the world’s sake but for His Kingdom agenda.
15 Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him. 16 For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world. 17 And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth for ever. 1 John 2:15-17
A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another.
John 13:34
God wants His love to function as a Parasite or Leech.
God’s vision is for His perfected love to latch on to things until the whole environment changes. The Lord’s vision has not changed!
And above all things have fervent charity among yourselves: for charity shall cover the multitude of sins. 1 Peter 4:8
Children go through life stages. Sometimes a child may gravitate toward a favorite – perfect toy. As time passes; the child outgrows his/her need for that toy. A sense of security and maturity now occupies the place of a toy. The child may never pick up what was once – a perfect picture of love.
After the fondness for that toy wears off, it may be placed in the garage, tossed to the side, abandoned, or given to Goodwill.
Flee also youthful lusts: but follow righteousness, faith, charity, peace, with them that call on the Lord out of a pure heart. 2 Timothy 2:22
Some other lonely kid finds the toy at Goodwill and it is perfect for his/her needs.
11 When I was a child, I spake as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child: but when I became a man, I put away childish things. 12 For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face: now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known. 13 And now abideth faith, hope, charity, these three; but the greatest of these is charity. 1 Corinthians 13:11-13
The cycle of God’s love is endless. He consistently gives love to His creation and sometimes is treated just like the abandoned toy.
Charity never faileth: but whether there be prophecies, they shall fail; whether there be tongues, they shall cease; whether there be knowledge, it shall vanish away. 1 Corinthians 13:8
God loves us perfectly without putting conditions on His love. He loved us before we knew sin. He loves us while we are in sin, after sin, and even when we are thinking about going back in sin.
6 For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly. 7 For scarcely for a righteous man will one die: yet peradventure for a good man some would even dare to die. 8 But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Romans 5:6-8
You and I were conceived and born into a world of sin through no fault of our own.
1 There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. 2 For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death. 3 For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh: Romans 8:1-3
The act of sin itself and its consequences were not part of God’s original vision for man. God instituted a plan to restore life to its infant stage. Jesus is God’s plan for ending the condemnation of sin.
16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. 17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.
18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.
John 3:16-18
God used Jesus as a pure sacrifice – an “Unblemished Lamb,” for paying off our sin debt. God the Father, offered Jesus as the Sin Destroyer.
Man’s salvation came through the tormenting events of Christ death on the Cross. Every drop of dripping blood to the Earth and the Supernatural Realm – absorbed man’s sin. Yet, sin did not defile His Dignity nor His Glory.
Jesus finished works on the cross ate up the the law of sin and death. In Jesus, the Law manifested itself as “Mercy and Grace”.
Man can live a debt free life because of the Father’s unselfish love and Jesus sacrifice.
Jesus Redemptive work of the Cross gives man a pathway to “Eternal Life”.
Through the supernatural power of God’s love, man will continue living in the presence of The Most High God. A new Heaven and Earth replaces the old sinful state of life.
1 And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea. 2 And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.
3 And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God. 4 And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.
5 And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful. 6 And he said unto me, It is done. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the water of life freely. 7 He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son.
8 But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death. 9 And there came unto me one of the seven angels which had the seven vials full of the seven last plagues, and talked with me, saying, Come hither, I will shew thee the bride, the Lamb’s wife. Revelation 21:1-9
The Need for Salvation
- As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one: Romans 3:10
- For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; Romans 3:23
- For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. Romans 6:23
- 5 This then is the message which we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all. 6 If we say that we have fellowship with him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth: 7 But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin. 8 If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. 9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 1 John 1:5-9
The Need for a Savior
Sin separated man from God. Jesus mended the broken relationship between God and man.
Man is brought back to his rightful place through the Saving Grace and Redemptive work of Christ on he Cross.
- Accept: Jesus shed blood for the atonement of sin.
- Believe: Jesus humanity – born of a Virgin. His death, burial, and resurrection from the grave. His defeat of sin and its effect.
- Confess: Jesus is the Son of God having all power in Heaven and earth.
4 But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us, 5 Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;) 6 And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus: 7 That in the ages to come he might shew the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus. 8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Ephesians 2:4-8
8 But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach; 9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. 10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. 11 For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed. Romans 10:8-11
