Speak to Your Future Self

1–2 minutes

God wants you to know all these things.

Look at life as if you had no other way to get where you are going besides walking. Every imaginable place to travel involves feet pounding pavement.

In a life designed for walking only – one should make very careful choices. If everyone had to plan out their walk day – they would refuse to go certain places.

A person has comforts at home. He/she has things they like and dislikes. There is something about being at home that makes life all better. Nevertheless, a person finds sadness and sorrow anywhere.

If you had to walk everywhere, would you stay home more?

Go through the milestones in life until accomplishing greater goals. Put on the right shoes for climbing and hiking. Look over the hills before leaping. Don’t make so many quick judgments. Think about which  people you will tolerate. Think about which people you will tell the truth. Tell your future self that you have to live with your choices.

Understanding is a wellspring of life unto him that hath it: but the instruction of fools is folly. Proverbs 16:22

The words of a man’s mouth are as deep waters, and the wellspring of wisdom as a flowing brook. Proverbs 18:4

And the Lord Says,

Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the LORD thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest. Joshua 1:9

Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might. Ephesians 6:10
