Right /rīt/ adjective: Morally good, justified, or acceptable.
Wrong /rôNG/ adjective: Not correct or true; incorrect.
- Have you been finding comfort and joy in wrong things?
- How many years have you spent being totally wrong, and refusing to repent or change your ways?
- How long has the Lord warned you about rebellion and disobedience?
Many are the afflictions of the righteous: but the LORD delivereth him out of them all. Psalm 34:19
And Elijah came unto all the people, and said, How long halt ye between two opinions? if the LORD be God, follow him: but if Baal, then follow him. And the people answered him not a word. 1 Kings 18:21
Listen to the wisdom in God’s Word. Sin has causes and reason but no justification. For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. Romans 6:23
Recognize stubbornness and rebellion. look at lifestyles to see if you are headed in the wrong direction. Don’t be too proud to repent and turn your life around.
Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord; Acts 3:19
For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry. Because thou hast rejected the word of the LORD, he hath also rejected thee from being king. 1 Samuel 15:23
12 Therefore all things whatsoever ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them: for this is the law and the prophets.
13 Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: 14 Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.
