I had a Dream. My dream was about a specific President of a country. He came to my home in Louisiana.
MEANING in Bold Letters
The prayers in my region are having Kingdom impact. God is compounding His hearing of our prayers in the ARK-LA-TEX – Arkansas, Louisiana, and Texas. There is a heavy concentration and focus on prayer in Louisiana.
When the Lord pinpoints geographical locations – His ears are finely tuned to prayers coming from that specific place.
In this hour, top line prayers are those in which people confess and address specific sins. The sin is not kept secret and is shared with another person. This type prayer closes the door to Satan’s demonic strongholds. Praying in this fashion, eliminates blockages and hindrances to prayer. Improper prayers causes delays.
And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto me. John 12:32
Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. James 5:16
Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices. 2 Corinthians 2:11
21 If so be that ye have heard him, and have been taught by him, as the truth is in Jesus: 22 That ye put off concerning the former conversation the old man, which is corrupt according to the deceitful lusts; 23 And be renewed in the spirit of your mind; 24 And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness. 25 Wherefore putting away lying, speak every man truth with his neighbour: for we are members one of another. 26 Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath: 27 Neither give place to the devil. Ephesians 4:21-27
Lift Up God by Denying Self
11 Thus Solomon finished the house of the LORD, and the king’s house: and all that came into Solomon’s heart to make in the house of the LORD, and in his own house, he prosperously effected. 12 And the LORD appeared to Solomon by night, and said unto him, I have heard thy prayer, and have chosen this place to myself for an house of sacrifice. 13 If I shut up heaven that there be no rain, or if I command the locusts to devour the land, or if I send pestilence among my people; 14 If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land. 2 Chronicles 7:11-14
The president did not have a security team, escort, or any staff members – he was alone. I didn’t see a car, airplane, or helicopter. The president was walking. I thought such an appearance was highly unusual.
This part of the dream represents HUMILITY. Often we look at self and others with the word “Impossible” glued in our eyes. No matter how powerful a leader may seem – he cannot triumph over the Lord. Leave doubt and unbelief out of prayer.
God measures men by faith. Faith has a sliding scale and it is impossible for anyone to cheat God’s measurements. God counted Abraham as righteous – righteous because he believed by faith the promises of God.
Is any thing too hard for the LORD? At the time appointed I will return unto thee, according to the time of life, and Sarah shall have a son. Genesis 18:14
Likewise, ye younger, submit yourselves unto the elder. Yea, all of you be subject one to another, and be clothed with humility: for God resisteth the proud, and giveth grace to the humble. 1 Peter 5:5
By humility and the fear of the LORD are riches, and honour, and life. Proverbs 22:4
The fear of the LORD is the instruction of wisdom; and before honour is humility. Proverbs 15:33
Even as Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness. Galatians 3:6
But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him. Hebrews 11:6
1 Brethren, if a man be overtaken in a fault, ye which are spiritual, restore such an one in the spirit of meekness; considering thyself, lest thou also be tempted. 2 Bear ye one another’s burdens, and so fulfil the law of Christ. 3 For if a man think himself to be something, when he is nothing, he deceiveth himself. 4 But let every man prove his own work, and then shall he have rejoicing in himself alone, and not in another. 5 For every man shall bear his own burden. 6 Let him that is taught in the word communicate unto him that teacheth in all good things. 7 Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. 8 For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting. Galatians 6:1-8
I started taking the president around to greet people of the country. Everyone was sad and very unhappy with his performance in office. None of the country’s citizens showed any respect or gave him greetings.
I witnessed shrugged noses, and backs turning in his face. Most countries are excited to have a president visit. However, this nation’s people were not moved by the president’s visit. They all looked at him like he was “The boy who cried wolf”.
This portion of the dream represents an oppressive spirit upon a nation. It also represents the president – having operated under a spirit of strong delusion.
For the oppression of the poor, for the sighing of the needy, now will I arise, saith the LORD; I will set him in safety from him that puffeth at him. Psalm 12:5
7 For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way. 8 And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming: 9 Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders, 10 And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. 11 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: 2 Thessalonians 2:7-11
The enemy has given the president a false sense of lordship – thinking he is a god. He cannot own a people he did not create. God says, “My sheep know My voice”.
Thou shalt have no other gods before me. Exodus 20:3
For thou shalt worship no other god: for the LORD, whose name is Jealous, is a jealous God: Exodus 34:14
For thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I, even I, will both search my sheep, and seek them out. Ezekiel 34:11
My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me: John 10:27
32 And such as do wickedly against the covenant shall he corrupt by flatteries: but the people that do know their God shall be strong, and do exploits. 33 And they that understand among the people shall instruct many: yet they shall fall by the sword, and by flame, by captivity, and by spoil, many days. 34 Now when they shall fall, they shall be holpen with a little help: but many shall cleave to them with flatteries. 35 And some of them of understanding shall fall, to try them, and to purge, and to make them white, even to the time of the end: because it is yet for a time appointed. 36 And the king shall do according to his will; and he shall exalt himself, and magnify himself above every god, and shall speak marvellous things against the God of gods, and shall prosper till the indignation be accomplished: for that that is determined shall be done. Daniel 11:32-36
The president was not moved or swayed by people’s opinion. His mind was set on accomplishing the job he came to finish. He had a list of things to correct. The president’s list was about making right choices and changes. Top priority on the list were situations that were mishandled.
People’s opinion did not matter to the president. He was focused on true repentance. The Lord has offered him a path away from fear and wickedness. His greatest fear is that he will be unrobed like the Wizard of OZ. He is afraid people will see who has been pulling the strings behind his acts and actions. The Lord has His own news reporting agency. No magic or trickery will change the script.
The president is aware of who holds the keys to his future. There is a true list going around of all the president’s deeds and sins – with evidence, undeniable proof, and eye witness testimony. The Lord is allowing him a space to repent. He can choose public disgrace and embarrassment or – God’s wrath.
There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love. 1 John 4:18
13 Then certain of the vagabond Jews, exorcists, took upon them to call over them which had evil spirits the name of the Lord Jesus, saying, We adjure you by Jesus whom Paul preacheth. 14 And there were seven sons of one Sceva, a Jew, and chief of the priests, which did so. 15 And the evil spirit answered and said, Jesus I know, and Paul I know; but who are ye? 16 And the man in whom the evil spirit was leaped on them, and overcame them, and prevailed against them, so that they fled out of that house naked and wounded. Acts 19:13-16
And if it seem evil unto you to serve the LORD, choose you this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell: but as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD. Joshua 24:15
23 Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life. 24 Put away from thee a froward mouth, and perverse lips put far from thee. 25 Let thine eyes look right on, and let thine eyelids look straight before thee. 26 Ponder the path of thy feet, and let all thy ways be established. 27 Turn not to the right hand nor to the left: remove thy foot from evil. Proverbs 4:23-27
It repenteth me that I have set up Saul to be king: for he is turned back from following me, and hath not performed my commandments. And it grieved Samuel; and he cried unto the LORD all night. 1 Samuel 15:11
7 At what instant I shall speak concerning a nation, and concerning a kingdom, to pluck up, and to pull down, and to destroy it; 8 If that nation, against whom I have pronounced, turn from their evil, I will repent of the evil that I thought to do unto them. 9 And at what instant I shall speak concerning a nation, and concerning a kingdom, to build and to plant it; 10 If it do evil in my sight, that it obey not my voice, then I will repent of the good, wherewith I said I would benefit them. Jeremiah 18:7-10
When Jesus heard it, he saith unto them, They that are whole have no need of the physician, but they that are sick: I came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance. Mark 2:17
The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. 2 Peter 3:9
None of the citizens wanted to help the president with his correction list. They did not trust anything he said or did. The people still saw him as a liar and dishonest man. They were waiting to see the trick in his actions.
This part of the dream is highly essential to the nation concerning forgiveness. Lord calls all sinners to repent. No man holds a patent on salvation. A man’s heart hardens when he cannot forgive. God is calling the entire nation to repent and repair the breach in His love.
Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much. James 5:16
Make no friendship with an angry man; and with a furious man thou shalt not go: Proverbs 22:24
Strive not with a man without cause, if he have done thee no harm. Proverbs 3:30
9 On the morrow, as they went on their journey, and drew nigh unto the city, Peter went up upon the housetop to pray about the sixth hour: 10 And he became very hungry, and would have eaten: but while they made ready, he fell into a trance, 11 And saw heaven opened, and a certain vessel descending unto him, as it had been a great sheet knit at the four corners, and let down to the earth: 12 Wherein were all manner of fourfooted beasts of the earth, and wild beasts, and creeping things, and fowls of the air. 13 And there came a voice to him, Rise, Peter; kill, and eat. 14 But Peter said, Not so, Lord; for I have never eaten any thing that is common or unclean. 15 And the voice spake unto him again the second time, What God hath cleansed, that call not thou common. Acts 10:9-15
9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 10 If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us. 1 John 1:9-10
And they that shall be of thee shall build the old waste places: thou shalt raise up the foundations of many generations; and thou shalt be called, The repairer of the breach, The restorer of paths to dwell in. Isaiah 58:12
The president was sincere in his quest. He had a printout of all the evil and injustices added to his account. The report showed eye witness accounts with names and information of people who knew the truth.
He looked by one case and found the person’s name who witnessed an event. He said to me, “Let’s go talk directly to the witness and settle this matter. There were no crowds of people or news reporters following myself and the president. As the president and I went to investigate – I woke up from the dream.
I heard the Lord say, Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord. Romans 12:19
AND THE LORD SAYS,
I AM giving the president a new heart like I did Saul when he was chosen as king. Up to this point – he has been a god of the people not for the people. I AM taking away his stony heart and giving him a heart of flesh. Seeing ye shall see and hearing ye shall hear. The word of the Lord is true.
6 And the Spirit of the LORD will come upon thee, and thou shalt prophesy with them, and shalt be turned into another man. 7 And let it be, when these signs are come unto thee, that thou do as occasion serve thee; for God is with thee. 8 And thou shalt go down before me to Gilgal; and, behold, I will come down unto thee, to offer burnt offerings, and to sacrifice sacrifices of peace offerings: seven days shalt thou tarry, till I come to thee, and shew thee what thou shalt do. 9 And it was so, that when he had turned his back to go from Samuel, God gave him another heart: and all those signs came to pass that day. 10 And when they came thither to the hill, behold, a company of prophets met him; and the Spirit of God came upon him, and he prophesied among them. 1 Samuel 10:6-10
A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh. Ezekiel 36:26
13 For when God made promise to Abraham, because he could swear by no greater, he sware by himself, 14 Saying, Surely blessing I will bless thee, and multiplying I will multiply thee. 15 And so, after he had patiently endured, he obtained the promise. 16 For men verily swear by the greater: and an oath for confirmation is to them an end of all strife. 17 Wherein God, willing more abundantly to shew unto the heirs of promise the immutability of his counsel, confirmed it by an oath: 18 That by two immutable things, in which it was impossible for God to lie, we might have a strong consolation, who have fled for refuge to lay hold upon the hope set before us: 19 Which hope we have as an anchor of the soul, both sure and stedfast, and which entereth into that within the veil; 20 Whither the forerunner is for us entered, even Jesus, made an high priest for ever after the order of Melchisedec. Hebrews 6:13-20
Children do you think anything is too hard for God? Have I not dealt with evil cruel men in the past? Do you think I do not see injustice in the world?
My beloved children – you do not weary Me with your continual speaking. I hear when you pray. I tell you to pray and not faint. There are times when men weary Me with much speaking. But not you My beloved children when you pray. Keep praying. Keep hoping. Keep believing and the answer shall come. I tell you to lift up your eyes to the hills from whence cometh help!
1 And he spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint; 2 Saying, There was in a city a judge, which feared not God, neither regarded man: 3 And there was a widow in that city; and she came unto him, saying, Avenge me of mine adversary.
4 And he would not for a while: but afterward he said within himself, Though I fear not God, nor regard man; 5 Yet because this widow troubleth me, I will avenge her, lest by her continual coming she weary me. 6 And the Lord said, Hear what the unjust judge saith. 7 And shall not God avenge his own elect, which cry day and night unto him, though he bear long with them? 8 I tell you that he will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless when the Son of man cometh, shall he find faith on the earth? Luke 18:1-8
A man hath joy by the answer of his mouth: and a word spoken in due season, how good is it! Proverbs 15:23
And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not. Galatians 6:9
1A Song of degrees. I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help. 2 My help cometh from the LORD, which made heaven and earth. 3 He will not suffer thy foot to be moved: he that keepeth thee will not slumber. 4 Behold, he that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep. 5 The LORD is thy keeper: the LORD is thy shade upon thy right hand. 6 The sun shall not smite thee by day, nor the moon by night. 7 The LORD shall preserve thee from all evil: he shall preserve thy soul. 8 The LORD shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in from this time forth, and even for evermore. Psalm 121:1-8
My Thoughts
Some may wonder which country and what president this dream is about. I say to anyone with unsettling thoughts. Pray that the heart of your president – no matter which country – yields to God’s command.
This is our command from the Lord
Cry aloud, spare not, lift up thy voice like a trumpet, and shew my people their transgression, and the house of Jacob their sins. Isaiah 58:1
I asked the Lord what this dream meant, and He said,
“Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much. James 5:16”
