This is a dream about life and death. Some people believe death is an easy escape from life’s harrowing disappointments. Death is certainly one expectation from life.
Although, man and woman have a lot to do with birth – the expectation is to have less to do with death.
In new life, one comes into a body. In death, a person leaves the physical body. These truths and reality existed before our time.
How people view life or death is according to truth, knowledge, and wisdom. Life and death are not supposed to be a formation of random thinking.
22 And almost all things are by the law purged with blood; and without shedding of blood is no remission. 23 It was therefore necessary that the patterns of things in the heavens should be purified with these; but the heavenly things themselves with better sacrifices than these. 24 For Christ is not entered into the holy places made with hands, which are the figures of the true; but into heaven itself, now to appear in the presence of God for us: 25 Nor yet that he should offer himself often, as the high priest entereth into the holy place every year with blood of others; 26 For then must he often have suffered since the foundation of the world: but now once in the end of the world hath he appeared to put away sin by the sacrifice of himself. 27 And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment: Hebrews 9:22-27 (KJV)
He that loveth his life shall lose it; and he that hateth his life in this world shall keep it unto life eternal. John 12:25 (KJV)
For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. Romans 6:23 (KJV)
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. John 3:16 (KJV)
I am sharing this dream AS ENCOURAGEMENT to those who feel faint and weary. Thank God for life and have less to do with death.
And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not. Galatians 6:9 (KJV)
If you know how to raise your hand, the Lord can use what you offer. Instead of surrendering to death, surrender to God’s plan – it be better than you think.
DREAM
This is a dream that a real person had who told God he/she was ready to die. This person felt they had nothing else to offer and became intolerant with life’s demands.
Question: Lord, what does it mean when I dream about dead people?
Answer: Dreaming about dead people has several meaning. I will give you one meaning today.
This dream centers on a person I had a strong dating relationship with, which died a couple of years ago. We were supposed to go on a big trip together. When he came to pick me up, I was not at home, and most of all I was not ready.
My parents called me (both deceased) to let me know he had arrived. It was not a telephone call but a spiritual sense of communication. My thoughts were – he is here and I had not taken a shower or prepared any garments to wear.
36 And he spake also a parable unto them; No man putteth a piece of a new garment upon an old; if otherwise, then both the new maketh a rent, and the piece that was taken out of the new agreeth not with the old.
37 And no man putteth new wine into old bottles; else the new wine will burst the bottles, and be spilled, and the bottles shall perish. 38 But new wine must be put into new bottles; and both are preserved.
Luke 5:36-38 (KJV)
Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. Ephesians 6:11 (KJV)
At the time, I was out shopping at thrift shops, flea markets, and rummage sales. I saw a purse and hat that fit my unique style.
They were on a high-level shelf that was beyond my reach. I wanted these items. I tried to maneuver them down with a stick. The purse and hat did not fall. I saw a shiny wooden chair that swerved. I was willing to take the risk of falling from the chair to reach these items.
Jesus answered and said unto them, Verily I say unto you, If ye have faith, and doubt not, ye shall not only do this which is done to the fig tree, but also if ye shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; it shall be done.
Matthew 21:21 (KJV)
The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.
John 10:10 (KJV)
This conquering spirit shows you still have fight for life. A conqueror drives him or herself to victory.
36 As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter. 37 Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us. Romans 8:36-37 (KJV)
I decided not to climb into the chair. A male and female were standing nearby; I imagined they owned the shop. Instead, of climbing in the chair, I asked for help.
Beat your plowshares into swords, and your pruninghooks into spears: let the weak say, I am strong. Joel 3:10 (KJV)
And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. 2 Corinthians 12:9 (KJV)
When the owner took the items down from the high shelf, they wanted a ridiculous price for such old garments. I believe they made up a price because I showed interest. I refused to pay.
The enemy has filled your head with lies about what life is and is not.
Satan sees My schedule for your life. He knows the great plans I have for your continued life. At the moment you refuse to pay the price for defeat, your fighting spirit comes back.
And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free. John 8:32 (KJV)
4 He that hath clean hands, and a pure heart; who hath not lifted up his soul unto vanity, nor sworn deceitfully. 5 He shall receive the blessing from the LORD, and righteousness from the God of his salvation. 6 This is the generation of them that seek him, that seek thy face, O Jacob. Selah. 7 Lift up your heads, O ye gates; and be ye lift up, ye everlasting doors; and the King of glory shall come in. Psalm 24:4-7 (KJV)
When I actually faced the person, who came to pick me up – I told him I was not ready. He faded away – disappeared – passed from my presence.
Heaven and earth shall pass away: but my words shall not pass away.
Luke 21:33 (KJV)
This is how the Lord speaks in dreams:
This dream means you are ready for life. You are not ready to throw in the towel in death!
He will swallow up death in victory; and the Lord GOD will wipe away tears from off all faces; and the rebuke of his people shall he take away from off all the earth: for the LORD hath spoken it. Isaiah 25:8 (KJV)
I heard your words and your thoughts about giving up so I sent a messenger of death. You spoke from a place of knowing. Although you know of Heaven, you are not ready to let go of life on earth.
2 I knew a man in Christ above fourteen years ago, (whether in the body, I cannot tell; or whether out of the body, I cannot tell: God knoweth;) such an one caught up to the third heaven. 3 And I knew such a man, (whether in the body, or out of the body, I cannot tell: God knoweth;) 4 How that he was caught up into paradise, and heard unspeakable words, which it is not lawful for a man to utter. 5 Of such an one will I glory: yet of myself I will not glory, but in mine infirmities. 6 For though I would desire to glory, I shall not be a fool; for I will say the truth: but now I forbear, lest any man should think of me above that which he seeth me to be, or that he heareth of me. 7 And lest I should be exalted above measure through the abundance of the revelations, there was given to me a thorn in the flesh, the messenger of Satan to buffet me, lest I should be exalted above measure. 2 Corinthians 12:2-7 (KJV)
I will open the windows of Heaven and pour you out a blessing that you will not have room to receive. I will bless you in life with such abundance.
Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the LORD of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it. Malachi 3:10 (KJV)
20 Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us, 21 Unto him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without end. Amen. Ephesians 3:20-21 (KJV)
The wealth of souls shall be your portion.
The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life; and he that winneth souls is wise. Proverbs 11:30 (KJV)
He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.
9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. 10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. 11 For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed. Romans 10:9-11 (KJV)
He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.
Mark 16:16 (KJV)
Your faith will grow stronger than you imagined possible.
Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. Hebrews 11:1 (KJV)
Mine eyes shall be upon the faithful of the land, that they may dwell with me: he that walketh in a perfect way, he shall serve me. Psalm 101:6 (KJV)
You will not be in rivalry or competition with another soul.
For we dare not make ourselves of the number, or compare ourselves with some that commend themselves: but they measuring themselves by themselves, and comparing themselves among themselves, are not wise. 2 Corinthians 10:12 (KJV)
A Psalm of David. Fret not thyself because of evildoers, neither be thou envious against the workers of iniquity. Psalm 37:1 (KJV)
I have laid out a carpet for you to float above your enemies. They will try but you will be beyond their reach.
17 For the arms of the wicked shall be broken: but the LORD upholdeth the righteous. 18 The LORD knoweth the days of the upright: and their inheritance shall be for ever. 19 They shall not be ashamed in the evil time: and in the days of famine they shall be satisfied. 20 But the wicked shall perish, and the enemies of the LORD shall be as the fat of lambs: they shall consume; into smoke shall they consume away. Psalm 37:17-20 (KJV)
Imagine a “Glory Cloud”. Every good and perfect gift is from above. It (Glory Cloud) sits in a place and hovers over things. Nothing bad can come into the cloud as it emits rays of light and hope.
Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning. James 1:17 (KJV)
Then the glory of the LORD went up from the cherub, and stood over the threshold of the house; and the house was filled with the cloud, and the court was full of the brightness of the LORD’S glory. Ezekiel 10:4 (KJV)
The enemy cannot bare such things. He does not represent light and is extremely – abundantly jealous of this life-giving stream.
7 Rest in the LORD, and wait patiently for him: fret not thyself because of him who prospereth in his way, because of the man who bringeth wicked devices to pass. 8 Cease from anger, and forsake wrath: fret not thyself in any wise to do evil. 9 For evildoers shall be cut off: but those that wait upon the LORD, they shall inherit the earth. 10 For yet a little while, and the wicked shall not be: yea, thou shalt diligently consider his place, and it shall not be. Psalm 37:7-10 (KJV)
To the chief Musician, A Psalm or Song of David. Let God arise, let his enemies be scattered: let them also that hate him flee before him. Psalm 68:1 (KJV)
Come up a little higher. Enjoy the presence of the Lord.
6 Put not forth thyself in the presence of the king, and stand not in the place of great men: 7 For better it is that it be said unto thee, Come up hither; than that thou shouldest be put lower in the presence of the prince whom thine eyes have seen. Proverbs 25:6-7 (KJV)
Tremble, thou earth, at the presence of the Lord, at the presence of the God of Jacob; Psalm 114:7 (KJV)
Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord; Acts 3:19 (KJV)
This is how I see you:
- I remember you as a little child so thrilled listening to Bible truths
- I remember when you wanted to live in Biblical times
- I remember when you being jealous of the Apostles and Christians who walked with Me
- Hold out your hand and take this walk with Me
Be not deceived, God is not mocked, for whatsoever a man soweth that shall he also reap. Reap My love, reap My joy. Reap My benefits, which I will load into your account daily. 4 But let every man prove his own work, and then shall he have rejoicing in himself alone, and not in another. 5 For every man shall bear his own burden. 6 Let him that is taught in the word communicate unto him that teacheth in all good things. 7 Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. 8 For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting. 9 And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not. Galatians 6:4-9 (KJV)
Tell My story to the world and I will pour you out a blessing, you will not have room to receive.
The blessing of the LORD, it maketh rich, and he addeth no sorrow with it. Proverbs 10:22 (KJV)
