The Eternal Gift

I am a slave to the “Blood of Jesus”. I had a slave Master before I was a slave.

God identified me before I came into existence, and before I was ordained a recipient of His Grace.

Jesus’ Blood was poured out and splattered as a drink offering. This was done so that I could partake with others in the fulfillment of life. It also allowed for the atonement of death for my sins.

Jesus’ Blood is the redeeming feature for my shackled sins.

JESUS blood brought through grace unlatched the chains of bondage and corruption previously attached to my record as a sinner.

Then I emerged. I stepped forth saying, “Thank you LORD. I will serve you throughout the ages in this world. I will also serve you in the world to come!”

“Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:” Matthew 28:19

“He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.” Mark 16:16

“Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.” Acts 2:38

“And now why tarriest thou? arise, and be baptized, and wash away thy sins, calling on the name of The LORD.” Acts 22:16

“Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death?” Romans 6:3

“Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life. For if we have been planted together in the likeness of his death, we shall be also in the likeness of his resurrection: knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin.” Romans 6:4-6

“For as the body is one, and hath many members, and all the members of that one body, being many, are one body: so also is Christ. For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit.” 1 Corinthians 12:12-13

“For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ.” Galatians 3:27

“That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word, that he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.” Ephesians 5:26-27

“Buried with him in baptism, wherein also ye are risen with him through the faith of the operation of God, who hath raised him from the dead.” Colossians 2:12

“For we ourselves also were sometimes foolish, disobedient, deceived, serving divers lusts and pleasures, living in malice and envy, hateful, and hating one another. But after that the kindness and love of God our Saviour toward man appeared, not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost; which he shed on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Saviour; that being justified by his grace, we should be made heirs according to the hope of eternal life.
This is a faithful saying, and these things I will that thou affirm constantly, that they which have believed in God might be careful to maintain good works. These things are good and profitable unto men.”
 Titus 3:3-8
